Refund Policy
Last updated: 20 April 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
If PRISM doesn't improve your meetings, email email@longgameproject.org within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. Quote your order number from your Stripe receipt.
Physical Box Set
- Return the cards and box in resaleable condition. Light use is fine - we just ask that the deck is intact.
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return, and credit the amount to your original payment method.
- We issue full refunds, including original shipping, when the return is due to a fault on our side. This applies to orders shipped to Australia, the UK, the EU, the US and Canada.
Digital Bundle & Sample Kit
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we refund digital purchases at our discretion within 30 days of purchase. If something isn't right - content missing, links broken, a genuine mismatch with what we promised - email us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your box arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing contents, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund - your choice.
Regional consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. You may have additional rights under Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and similar legislation in your jurisdiction, including repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. This policy sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.
How to request a refund
- Email email@longgameproject.org with your order number and the reason for the refund.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions (if physical) or confirm the refund (if digital).
- We issue refunds to your original payment method via Stripe. They typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
